Sean O’Farrell

Sean founded the business in 2010 and continues to lead it as Managing Director. His role centres on shaping the strategic direction of the company while ensuring it remains grounded in openness, integrity, and a genuine focus on client outcomes. From day one, his aim has been to create a finance brokerage that businesses can trust to act in their best interests.

Sean’s professional background includes more than a decade in banking with NatWest and RBS, where he gained first-hand insight into how lenders evaluate risk, assess applications, and make funding decisions. This perspective, combined with his experience as a non-executive director and investor in other ventures, enables him to guide business owners through funding decisions with a practical, well-informed approach.

Outside the office, Sean enjoys staying active through football and running. He is a father of three and is actively involved in his local community, volunteering as a Scout Leader and trustee for the 4th Beaconsfield group, as well as occasionally refereeing youth football.
